We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team, who thrives on leveraging data and tools to drive operational excellence. In this role, you will support and enhance Talent Acquisition (TA) processes, build insightful dashboards, and serve as a bridge between TA and our many customers (HRIT, Finance, People Analytics, Business Leaders, etc.). This role is ideal for someone with a passion for process improvement, a knack for data analysis, and the ability to influence decisions through actionable insights. You will report into the Global Manager of TA Operations.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain robust TA dashboards and reports to track functional initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and standardize metrics.
- Collaborate with TA Operations team members, finance partners, and HR partners to present actionable insights that guide business decisions and elevate organizational performance.
- System & Process Management
- Monitor and maintain TA ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution and adherence to processes.
- Maintain user permissions in Greenhouse and other TA technology solutions.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in TA tech integrations and vendor evaluations.
- Audit & Compliance
- Conduct regular audits of TA systems and processes, reporting findings to Operations Managers to drive improvements.
- Monitor job boards and career sites to ensure job posting consistency and compliance with branding standards.
- Training & Enablement
- Support cross-functional operations projects to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the liaison between HRIT, Workforce Planning, People Analytics and TA teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on initiatives.
- Monitor Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience surveys, providing insights to enhance the overall experience.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR processes, or a similar operational role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Familiarity with TA technology platforms such as Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management systems (CRM), like Gem.
- Analytical Skills
- Demonstrated ability to create and analyze dashboards, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience performing audits and managing compliance processes.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Additional Qualifications
- Experience working on TA tech integrations or vendor evaluations is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools is an advantage.
- Frequently engages with global partners in AMER, EMEA, and APJ, requiring flexible working hours to align with the various timezones.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $77,000 – $116,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
