SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE… 

Pure Storage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Network Design Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical background in project management, with a focus on leading and managing complex supply chain initiatives. A proven track record in leading large, global, cross-functional initiatives, including factory start-ups, is a must. The candidate must possess excellent program management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.  Critical to success is a bias for action with an ability to lead and influence cross-functionally, both internally and across external partners and suppliers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING… 

  • Lead highly complex supply chain projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Manage the establishment or move of supply chain nodes globally.
  • Design, model, and optimize physical supply chains and product costs globally.
  • Analyze after-tax/tariff landed costs and develop optimization strategies.
  • Identify and assess supply chain risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, tariffs, and taxes.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Focus on sustainability and risk management within the supply chain, aligned to Pure’s company objectives.
  • Influence and lead cross-functional teams both across Pure Storage and with supply chain partners such as contract manufacturers and suppliers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain project management and network design.
  • Experience in leading global factory start-ups and/or transitions.
  • Strong understanding of after-tax landed cost analysis.
  • Expertise in analyzing and mitigating supply chain risks in a high-technology environment.
  • Business, Engineering or equivalent degree required, MBA is a plus.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and/or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract manufacturing of high technology products.
  • Familiarity with global logistics, trade compliance, tariffs, and taxes.
  • Experience with supply chain optimization software, AIMMS is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
  • International and domestic travel may be required. 
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, California office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $145,000 – $218,000. 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
