Position Overview
Lead and inspire as our SAP Development Manager in a growing and dynamic environment. As the leader of our growing India team, you will oversee a team of talented developers, driving the design, delivery, and optimization of innovative SAP solutions to support our business objectives. This pivotal role requires a proven track record in SAP development, including ABAP, CPI, and other integration platforms, as well as strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of SAP projects and team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain project/sprint plans and schedules.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams - Functional, Technical and Security team members.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Responsible for offshore contract resource management.
- Regularly communicate status to business stakeholders or onsite leads or US PMO.
- Manage and support production support issues working with our AMS team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and managing projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and offsite and onsite model.
- Experience in managing project and contract resources.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Functional expertise SAP modules such as MM, SD, CS, SM and FI/CO
- Strong understanding Technical - ABAP / Fiori, CPI and integrations.
