Pure Storage is in the midst of a transformative journey, striving to achieve our $6 billion target. As part of our ongoing commitment to channel growth, we are actively looking to recruit an experienced Senior Program Manager, Partner Enablement. This role will report to the sales enablement team at our Santa Clara headquarters. The decision to bring on board a Senior Program Manager, Partner Enablement is a strategic one, essential for bolstering support in our largest theater (AMER) and extending support to the EMEA and APJ theaters from our Santa Clara offices. This hiring initiative aligns seamlessly with the AMER global partner organization (GPO) and commercial line of business (CLoB), underscoring the significance of establishing local timezone support for seamless collaboration with each business group team.

Pure Storage is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Partner Enablement with a proven track record of success in supporting global partner account managers and working cross functionally. In this influential role, you will serve as a vital business collaborator, working closely with channel sales leadership and line of business teams to introduce initiatives that ignite interest and enhance partner account manager sales skills within our global partner organization.

Job duties:

  • Collaborate with Global Partner Organization Leadership to understand the role of the Partner Account Manager to develop and deliver effective enablement to be successful in their role.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global onboarding plan for partner account managers.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to outline and implement ongoing education initiatives for global partner account managers.
  • Monitor and report on partner account manager productivity metrics. 
  • Communicate and enable Pure's global partner account managers on the partner program requirements, enablement and financial incentives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to maintain all assets the Partner Account Managers need to be successful in their roles.
  • Oversee global partner enablement tools, such as the Pure GPO sales portal site and internal LMS, ensuring consistency in assets, appearance, navigation, and user experience. 
  • Provide support for partner account manager inquiries, ensuring timely responses to questions related to partnership, quoting, and sales support.
  • Global Alignment: Partner with regional teams to ensure enablement programs are scalable, localized, and consistent across global markets.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 5+ years experience in partner/channel sales enablement, with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing global partner programs
  • Deep expertise in partner incentive design, channel marketing tactics, sales accreditation programs, and onboarding best practices
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with multiple partner-facing groups to optimize processes and launch initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills and experience rolling out complex, global projects involving many interdependent components
  • Data-driven mindset with capability to analyze KPIs and productivity metrics, identify trends/opportunities, and clearly communicate recommendations via executive reports
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, New York or Chicago office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $130,000.00 – $218,000.00

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
