SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Acting as a client advisor: Coaching business leaders through multiple stages of growth and success while anticipating needs. Building trusted and honest client relationships, bringing unique ideas and perspective to conversations.
- Leading workforce planning activities: ensure your client groups have the right people, at the right level, in the right place, with the right skills.
- Ensuring purpose-built organizations: conduct org design at scale and for growth, using organization design tools, business input, and common sense
- Being a trusted problem solver: partner with leaders at all levels to become a trusted problem solver; Proactively and explicitly identify problems and solutions for and with others to improve execution. Lead with data.
- Contributing to cross-functional and intra-HR projects: scope the opportunity, identify the best-fit solution, influence stakeholders and drive organized execution.
- Executing global HR programs: successfully execute and implement all HR programs such as annual performance review cycle, annual compensation cycle, employee survey action planning, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Data modeling and analytics experience plus excellence with Google Sheets are a must
- Experience as an HRBP in the tech industry, supporting engineers and/or product-adjacent organizations (Sales Engineers, IT, etc)
- Proven track record of navigating organizational complexity and building strong partnerships with stakeholders to influence decisions/actions and produce results.
- A “business first” mindset - find the path of least resistance to solve stakeholder, while managing risk
- A “roll up your sleeves approach” - ability to toggle across the strategic and operational - the ability to balance the day-to-day work activities across an array of client groups
- BA/BS or equivalent plus 7+ years of HR Business Partner environment, with direct client support and management mentoring experience.
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas including organizational design, business intelligence, workforce planning and coaching
- Thrives in an unstructured environment and helps others do the same
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $172,000 – $259,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
