Product Marketing Manager, Resi

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

The Product Marketing Manager at Resi is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Resi's streaming video platform, hardware solutions, and related products. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to shape product narratives, drive product adoption, and enable sales success through compelling positioning and messaging. The ideal candidate will combine strong product marketing expertise with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive successful product launches and support Resi’s growth and retention goals.

  • Compensation Range: $89,402 - $103,309

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for new products, features, and solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and opportunities within the House of Worship and church live streaming and video on demand market
  • Own product positioning and messaging, creating compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience of churches, parishes, and mission-based organizations while differentiating Resi's solutions in the marketplace. Ensure Resi stories are powerfully and consistently communicated across all channels, including our website, sales teams, partners, and collateral
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts, maintaining deep knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product strategy and positioning decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmaps, ensuring market requirements and customer feedback are effectively incorporated into product development
  • Partner with Go-To-Market teams including Sales, Customer Success, GTM Operations and Enablement to develop effective enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and product collateral that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Work with the broader marketing team to plan and execute campaigns and product marketing assets, such as written, visual, and video content for online and offline audiences
  • Analyze product marketing performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize go-to-market strategies and improve product adoption rates

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to translate product features into compelling customer benefits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for different audiences
  • A customer-centric view with a passion for gaining customer insights and translating insights into strategies 
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategies in a B2B technology environment
  • Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Data-driven approach to decision making with experience in analyzing market trends and campaign performance
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Ability to work in the office on a hybrid schedule: 3 days/week from office location in Allen, TX

Required Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology products
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms
  • Experience with video streaming technology, church technology, or faith-based organizations is highly desired
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

 

Work Environment & Physical Demands: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
