Qualtrics is experiencing hyper-growth globally and in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). Only starting in the region 6 years ago, we have already grown to over 450 employees, 7 offices and launched in major markets across APJ (ANZ, SEA, Japan, India, South Korea and Greater China).

How You’ll Find Success
  • Become a Software and Data Advocate: We’re looking for enthusiastic Account Executives who are eager to bring AI-driven data solutions to the market. This role will require you to understand the basics of data and be able to communicate how our products can help clients reach their business goals.
  • Focus on Value Selling: Learn to present the value of our software, data solutions, and services to key stakeholders. You'll focus on understanding how real-time data and AI trends are impacting businesses and how our solutions can make a difference.
  • Be Proactive and Motivated: Take ownership of your success by continuously identifying new opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and managing relationships. You'll be expected to sell data-focused solutions and be comfortable speaking with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Work Together for Success: Collaborate with your team and other departments to bring a unified approach to the market. Teamwork is essential to achieving targets and driving growth.

  • Master AI Data & Market Research: You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about AI software and data solutions in marketing and insights, sharpening your skills and knowledge in this rapidly evolving field.
  • Personal Growth Plans: Work with your manager to create a personalised growth plan that helps you develop your skills in data-driven selling and executive engagement.
 
Things You’ll Do
  • Engage with Customers: Build relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and show them how our AI data solutions can solve their challenges.
  • Lead with Data & AI Products: Take ownership of your sales cycle by setting up meetings, crafting proposals, and demonstrating how our synthetic data and AI-driven solutions can benefit clients.
  • Build a Strong Pipeline: Proactively reach out to prospects and expand business with existing customers. You’ll keep your pipeline full by identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate and Drive Results: Work closely with internal teams to share insights, discuss strategy, and help drive the success of the business.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Experience in SaaS/Data Sales: Ideally, you’ve had success in SaaS, DaaS, or AI-driven data solution sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of Sales Strategy: You know the sales process from start to finish and have experience in selling to executives or navigating sales cycles.
  • Team-Oriented: You’ve worked successfully with other teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Experience in Data-Driven Industries: If you have knowledge of or experience in market research, analytics, marketing, or other data-driven fields, that's a plus.
