Senior Product Manager, Security
- To enhance security frameworks across organizations utilizing Experience Management with a strong focus on user access and data protection.
- To ensure our products not only meet functional needs but also adheres to security best practices.
- In order to strengthen customer trust by ensuring our products secure sensitive information and comply with evolving regulatory standards, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and security experts to plan and address existing and emerging security needs and compliance standards.
- Building empathy for key personas/users while translating security requirements into comprehensive product specification documents.
- Engaging actively with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements and ensure adherence to security/compliance standards.
- Leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform security-related decisions and success metrics.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition to diverse audiences, and collaborating on feature positioning in the context of security.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- 4-8 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably within technology, software development, or security-focused products.
- An owner’s mentality, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
