Senior Software Engineer, Employee Experience - Seattle

Things You’ll Do
- Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems
- Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers
- Build and implement new features based on provided requirements and specifications to drive maximum performance for our customers
- Collaborate with team members and prioritize features with a sense of urgency to deliver value effectively
- Engage with different teams within the organization, focusing on back-end development, front-end reporting visualizations, third-party integrations, and full-stack project orchestration
- Apply strong algorithms, data structures, and coding skills to solve challenges within your team
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong algorithms, data structures and coding background
- Experience with professional software engineering practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documents)
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
