How You’ll Find Success
- Develop website and digital experiences that are critical to our Product-led growth strategy
- Apply your knowledge of optimal WordPress website design and architecture for performant access across desktop and mobile
- Champion website personalization, and other best-in-class digital strategies to accelerate our marketing impact
- Advanced expertise in designing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins to ensure optimal performance and seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms
- Knowledge of A/B testing and personalization techniques to boost user engagement and conversion rates, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Optimizely to analyze user behavior and marketing impact
- Proficiency in implementing SEO strategies, including meta optimization and schema markup, to enhance search visibility and drive organic traffic, supporting the product-led growth strategy
- Strong understanding of UX principles, conducting user research and usability testing to create intuitive digital experiences that improve the user journey and drive engagement with digital content.

As a front-end engineer in our engineering team, you’ll maintain and extend our primary site, implement forward-thinking web technologies, and improve the team’s development workflow. Things You’ll Do
- Design and develop full stack features for product-based sites using a best-in-class Content Management System.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile SDLC best practices, continuous integration, and delivery (CI-CD) as part of a progressive, agile organizational structure.
- Commit code, perform code reviews, drive testing best practices, and assist with configuration and release management.
- Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions for complex business problems.
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance.
- Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, marketing, designers, and product managers.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with urgency to deliver value to your customers.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 5+ years of experience in professional web development preferred
- 3+ years experience in PHP
- Proficiency in Drupal 10, including custom theme development and a thorough understanding of Twig files and YML configuration
- Responsive web development skills using JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS, and HTML5
- Experience with package management using Webpack
- Knowledge and experience around leveraging infrastructure and building for scalability, preferably using local development practices
- Enthusiasm for software development, solid communication skills, and the ability to self-organize around the delivery lifecycle
- Familiarity with Git, Figma, and Marketo
- Experience with AWS, docker, or Kubernetes
