As the Manager of the Recruiting Programs team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the creation, delivery, and execution of our enablement and strategic hiring programs, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with Roblox’s growth objectives. In this role, you will lead a variety of initiatives, collaborate with recruiting team members, and work cross-functionally with partners across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, address complex problems, and make significant change within a dynamic and growing team. The Recruiting Programs team sits within the broader Recruiting Operations team and this role will report into the Head of Recruiting Operations.
You will:
- Lead and develop the Recruiting Program Management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Oversee the creation, execution and continuous improvement of our talent programs, ensuring they are effective, scalable, and aligned with Roblox’s Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate and optimize our recruitment process and regularly refine practices to support an exceptional candidate experience.
- Establish and define metrics, goals and success for our programs. Systematically report, surface and leverage performance data, behavioral trends and industry knowledge to develop and refine our central hiring strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Recruiting, People Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other departments to drive impactful and coordinated recruiting initiatives.
- Foster, influence, and manage relationships driving impact through a cross-functional collaboration with Recruiting, the broader People team, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, etc.
You have:
- 3-5 years program management experience within recruiting, People Ops, L&D, or related profession
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to setting examples, managing high-performance teams and driving impactful change in a rapidly growing technical organization is preferred
- Exceptional program management skills with proven experience with end-to-end problem solving, from strategizing and structuring a complex project or program through to its execution
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and change management skills with demonstrated ability to partner and establish trust with leaders and individuals across the company to achieve desired outcomes
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
