As the Onsite Safety Operations Manager for Trust & Safety, you will report to the Senior Director of Global Scaled Operations. In this role, you will manage the organization's daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. You will also oversee operational processes, build and manage the team, and work to improve operations continuously. This is a working manager role, who will also collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective execution of operational strategies. This role will be critical in managing and resolving escalations and high-impact incidents affecting our Roblox users, platform, support agents, and third-party partners. You will coordinate across multiple teams to ensure rapid response to minimize the impact on customers and business operations, maintaining high reliability and service quality.

You Will:

• Act as a liaison between different departments, upper management, and onsite staff to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.
• Supervise and lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, process integration, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate the incident response activities, gather the response team, and set up a virtual command center for communication and collaboration. Due to its potential impact, critical decisions must be made to classify the incident, and be willing to participate in on-call support for incident management issues.
• Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on the status of operations, including performance metrics and any issues encountered.

You Have:

• You must have a Bachelor's, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent work experience in operations or incident management.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
