Our recruiting team is building outstanding teams for Roblox and is essential to our future growth. A key member of our Recruiting Operations team is our Recruiting Operations Coordinator, who maintains the data integrity of our talent tools and systems, and empowers our recruiting team to ensure they are set up for ongoing success. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to cover a temporary leave through the end of October; This role is based out of our San Mateo HQ.
You will:
- You will be the first point of contact for Talent team inquiries
- Maintain data integrity and champion process with the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate and communicate with the broader Talent team and ensure they are aware of proper process and procedures to maintain systematic data integrity
- Approve new job openings, ensuring they are reviewed before posting
- Review and send candidate offers, ensuring we are providing a speedy and positive experience to both our partners and candidates
- Ensure offer and job templates are up to date
- Follow up with the Talent team to ensure they are updating any data inaccuracies
- Assist with ad hoc tasks (as necessary)
You have:
- 2+ years work experience in Recruiting Operations or a similar field
- Experience working with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- The ability to prioritize and work with multiple people at the same time
- Demonstrated superb attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - you're an excellent collaborator and enjoy being the primary point of contact
- An eye for process: You're constantly looking for ways to make things work more effectively

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to this position.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
