We are looking for a Talent Marketing specialist to support our goal of communicating, educating, and inspiring candidates about Roblox. In this role, you will develop engaging content, manage digital and nurture campaigns, and lead projects that will help Roblox attract top talent and build its employer brand.
This full-time position is based in Gurugram, India and will report to the Director of Employer Brand Marketing.
Shift Time: 2:00pm - 10:30pm IST (Cabs will be provided)
You will:
- Create engaging content in line with our quarterly content plan, including outlining, drafting, and publishing content on our careers site.
- Manage our quarterly Talent Community newsletter that we send to all prospective candidates that we are nurturing for future opportunities.
- Own the development of nurture campaign touchpoints, including drafting the touchpoint and preparing it in our CRM.
- Oversee our employer brand measurement and reporting strategy, which includes monitoring external reputation channels, career site engagement metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize our efforts.
- Develop recruiter enablement materials like talking points, FAQs, and fact sheets based on needs from our talent acquisition partners.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, employer brand, social media, communications, or related roles.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of crafting engaging and inspiring content for diverse audiences, purposes, and platforms.
- Highly collaborative with ability to drive cross-functional alignment and effectively working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of fully owning projects and prioritizing time effectively.
- An analytical mindset, adept at interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
