About the team:
We are a highly productive global marketing program management team with a primary objective to own marketing programs end-to-end with the outcome of being accountable and supporting our pet parent and pet sitters goals and experiences.
The Program Management team is responsible for supporting and/or project managing a portfolio of marketing and creative initiatives with a continued focus on process efficiency and prioritizing marketing team resources against high-impact strategic priorities.
Who we’re looking for:
Rover is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead the execution and completion of our marketing projects and campaigns, to help meet our annual business goals. This role will create marketing roadmaps and lead various projects & campaigns with a strong focus on efficiency, execution, understanding learnings and being able to effectively communicate across the organization. They will work closely with the Creative, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing teams to understand their project and campaigns that need support, and help deliver quality and on time through effective communications, risk management, and day-to-day oversight of projects.
As part of the role, you aren't intimidated by juggling multiple projects and have sharp attention to detail; nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You are an adept problem solver and cross-functional communicator. You enjoy working with high-energy, goal-oriented individuals and are constantly seeking opportunities to learn and hone your marketing skills.
