Marketing Operations Specialist
Are you ready to make a significant impact on our newly formed Marketing Center of Excellence (COE)? We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring flawless campaign execution and robust data management. In this pivotal role, you will partner with Field & Partner Marketing teams and collaborate with cross-functional groups including marketing, analytics to drive campaign success and uphold the highest standards of data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign execution:
- Set up and manage campaign integrations across platforms including Splash, AEM, SFDC, Marketo (or similar) etc.
- Deliver end-to-end support for campaign execution, from initial setup through to successful completion.
- Manage marketing and sales list uploads, including dedicated meeting uploads for appointment setting and telemarketing.
- Manage the set up of webinar campaigns, whether live, semi-live, or on-demand, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Asset and Integration Management:
- Set up new assets on the Rubrik site, including integrations for new landing pages and assets.
- Implement UTM tracking and child campaign integrations to optimize asset and landing page performance.
Tool Access and Management:
- Administer access and usage for key tools including Marketo, Splash, and Asana.
- Ensure that all team members have the necessary tool access and address any related issues promptly and effectively.
Troubleshooting & Reporting:
- Act as the go-to problem solver for issues related to campaign execution and performance, providing timely technical support.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive campaign reports, offering valuable insights and updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing managers on all campaign-related topics, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Data Health Management:
- Extract and manage data from SFDC to support campaign initiatives while adhering to stringent data privacy protocols.
- Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all marketing activities.
- Implement and uphold data quality standards to ensure the integrity of campaign data and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular audits of data processes to identify and address discrepancies, ensuring optimal data health and operational efficiency.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3-4 Years of experience in a marketing operations or relevant role
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in campaign execution and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent with Excel / G-sheet
- Data driven and passionate about marketing tools and technology.
- Must have proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Must have experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience with running ad hoc reports in marketing automation platforms and CRM
- Good to have budgeting & MDF support experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and minor adjustments to digital assets.
- Cybersecurity awareness and understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
