About the Role:

If you are a talented marketing professional and you are passionate about product marketing, committed to delivering results, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry, we have the perfect position for you.  As a Product Marketing Manager for Microsoft 365 (M365) and Jira, you will play a critical role in driving the go-to-market success of Rubrik’s solutions tailored to these platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop impactful product messaging and positioning for M365 and Jira that communicates Rubrik's value proposition effectively to different customer segments.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Work with the product, sales, and broader marketing teams to create and execute successful GTM plans for new launches and product updates, targeting M365 and Jira users.
  • Content Creation: Produce a variety of content, including sales enablement tools, product collateral, customer case studies, webinars, blogs, and whitepapers that highlight our M365 and Jira solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points specific to M365 and Jira to inform messaging, product roadmap, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop training materials, battlecards, and product demonstrations to empower sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell Rubrik's M365 and Jira solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to gather customer insights, use cases, and feedback to refine product messaging and build customer advocacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with product and business goals.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS environments with a focus on Microsoft 365 and/or Jira.
  • Strong understanding of M365 and Jira ecosystems, market dynamics, and customer challenges.
  • Proven track record in developing compelling product messaging and sales enablement content.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
