Sales Data Operation Analyst
Workplace: Bangalore (In Office)
Responsibilities:
I.Data Maintenance:
- Oversee data entry processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM Account records.
- Utilize data enrichment tools like D&B hoovers and Zoominfo and services to validate Account records
- Regularly review and clean duplicates, perform merge actions, update outdated or irrelevant data in the CRM
- Manage queue of Data change request and Meet SLA guidelines
II.Data Quality Management:
- Conduct data audits cadence and identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with operational teams (Marketing, RevOps, Finance and IS) to ensure data accuracy and identify areas that are not aligned with the data governance and Policies
- Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and recommend corrective actions of Business processes
III.Request for proposal (RFP):
- Managing the tool/admin activities
- Uploading RFPs/questionnaires to Rubrik RFP Tool
- Co-ordinating with Rubrik SMEs for completion of RFPs/questionnaires
- Co-ordinating with Sales Team for completion of RFPs/questionnaires
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM and data management/operations.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality frameworks and tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, etc.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders
- Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal English
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to drive business outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRMFusion DemandTools is a plus
