Our Topline FP&A team is a dynamic and essential partner to our Executive Leaders, driving all aspects of topline growth, including ARR, ACV/TCV bookings, revenue, and gross margin. We play a crucial role in providing valuable business insights that guide decision-making. By working cross-functionally, we help shape our financial and operational policies to enhance the efficiency and success of our long-term financial performance.
About the role
We’re searching for a Senior Analyst to join our expanding Topline team. As an individual contributor on our lean team, you’ll support our Renewal Business in a variety of activities related to Operational and Finance Strategy.
What you'll do
Planning and Forecasting:
- Assist in building and maintaining Financial planning models, including Quarterly Rolling Forecasts, Annual Planning, and Long-range Planning.
- Produce monthly Budget vs Actual and Quarter Outlooks and provide actionable insights to Finance and Renewal Leadership
- Analyze quarter-to-date results to assess risks of achieving quarterly KPI targets (e.g., ARR, Churn, Renewal Rate, etc.)
Business Strategy:
- Develop Operational and Financial models to perform scenario / sensitivity analysis to understand the impact of business decisions
- Provide ad hoc reports and analyses to Finance leadership to review and improve business and financial performance
- Partner with Renewal Operations and Renewal Sales to drive Business Review content creation
Business System Management:
- Help automate various existing reporting needs by working with the Data team
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Data, to create new operational and financial dashboards to drive real-time insights
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure data quality and identify areas for improvement
Experience you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, business operations, or related roles, ideally in SaaS / Subscription GTM Sales Finance
- Demonstrated ability to manipulate, analyze, and summarize large data sets
- Strong Tableau skillset to create appealing, impactful, and actionable data visualizations
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points if you have:
- Directly Experience supporting a CSM / AM team in managing a SaaS Renewal Business
- Strong modeling experience with Renewal Business of Business Planning
- Proficient in SQL / Python and having experience interacting with Databases to extract and manipulate large amounts of data is a plus
