Your opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of a team changing how talent is recruited, managed and supported - throughout Scandit and beyond. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Partner with our hiring managers to understand their talent needs and lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for commercial roles.
  • Tightly manage a multi-stage interview process that ensures that decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria to reduce bias.
  • Creatively scout, source & engage talent using traditional and creative means alike! Find the talent that isn’t looking to be found.
  • Manage your open positions, candidates and resources on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse.
  • Nurture talent over time to create an ecosystem of candidates who are interested in Scandit, skilled in their fields, and can be contacted for open positions as the organization grows.
  • Work as an integral member of our wider People Team, where we celebrate not just the goals, but also the assists!

Who we look for

Happy optimists, curious and passionate people experts and culture builders who enjoy working at pace and making things happen. Those who want to challenge the status quo and how things have been done. Does this sound like you? Here are a few other key qualities you need to bring to the role:

  • You have worked as an agency or in-house recruiter for at least 2 years with a focus on sales / GTM hiring (preferably in the tech space).
  • You understand the value of a well-structured process and enjoy working with a diverse team of interviewers to continuously monitor and improve decision-making quality.
  • You have the ambition and ability to close candidates in a highly competitive environment.
  • You can apply both art and science to source for hard-to-find talent
  • You understand what makes a person a good fit for a job and vice versa.
  • You enjoy building strong relationships and know how to communicate around highly personal topics such as motivation, compensation and career progression.
  • You understand the importance of data and demonstrate great systems housekeeping
  • Willingness to go beyond your role, your team and (sometimes) your comfort zone to have a real impact on the business
