About the Role
This high-ownership role focuses on renewals, expansions, and advocacy, working through reseller partners while directly supporting schools and MATs. As Client & Partner Success Manager – UK, you'll manage renewals and growth via resellers, while ensuring schools maximize Securly’s solutions. You’ll also collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner & Customer Renewals & Expansion

Drive renewals & expansion with reseller partners and direct school/MAT clients.

Support partners in identifying at-risk accounts and ensuring customer retention.

Provide forecasting insights for revenue planning.
Customer Engagement & Advocacy

Build relationships with school/MAT leaders to maximize adoption.

Conduct business reviews & success planning for retention and upsell opportunities.

Represent UK customer needs to Product, Engineering, and Support.

Refine Customer Success workflows and best practices.

Benefits Package

Compensation: Base £55K-£60K, OTE up to £85K (uncapped)
