We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted technical advisor for our Enterprise customers. As a TAM, you will lead technical strategy and implementation for strategic accounts, guiding customers through complex analytics projects and ensuring successful deliveries. You will scope technical initiatives, drive execution based on best practices, and play a key role in customer success.

Our Enterprise customers rely on our technology to power insights for thousands of users. These implementations involve diverse data technologies, multi-stakeholder environments, and high-impact product integrations—offering you the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects.

What You’ve Accomplished So Far:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
  • Led or assisted in complex software implementations in the cloud, data warehouse, or business intelligence environments.
  • Worked directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and drive solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools such as Business Intelligence, Database Management, Analytics, or Integration.
  • Delivered technical presentations and demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.

Required Skills:

  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data modeling in Data analytics tools (e.g., Sisense, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Linux and experience with REST APIs.
  • Comfortable with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go).
  • Understanding of analytics data modeling strategies and concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience embedding software into other applications.

Knowledge of SSO methods such as SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
