Aesthetic Job Description

 Position Title: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with expertise in aesthetic treatments to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, a proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care, and a personal client following. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser therapies, and chemical peels.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care for optimal results.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote services and achieve business goals.
  • Qualifications:

    • Valid license with the Massachusetts state board.
    • Legally Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting.
    • Knowledge of current Aesthetic and Wellness treatment practices, products and trends.
    • Passion for aesthetics and interest in advanced skincare treatments.
    • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client care.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
