The Corporate FP&A team is seeking a Director to develop and scale a higher performing team in support of Snowflake’s growth. In this role, you will lead the Company’s annual and long-term financial planning processes, publish monthly and quarterly financial reporting to executive leadership as well as internal stakeholders, and help drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Own the operating plan, which includes long-term planning, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly management reporting of financial performance
  • Partner across various Finance functions (Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, etc.) for internal reporting, as well as to ensure accuracy in the Company’s outlook
  • Influence key decision makers in the Company to deliver on long-term growth and profitability of the Company
  • Lead, manage, and scale an outstanding Corporate FP&A team
  • Prepare presentations for Company leadership, as well as the Board of Directors, that clearly articulate the financial direction and position of the Company

WHAT YOU'LL NEED :

  • Have 10+ years of FP&A experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Works well across various teams with strong project management skills to coordinate between multiple groups in order to deliver projects on time
  • Have experience leading an FP&A function and implementing best practices
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship skills to develop and manage a high-performing team
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex financial challenges
  • Possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable producing flexible financial models based on loose and fluid assumptions, comfortable working in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to summarize detailed information in order to make actionable recommendations
  • Have a big picture view of the Company, while being able to dig into details when needed
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
