The primary responsibility of the Professional Services Operations Analyst is to support the PS Operations team with the day-to-day operations and reporting.  This role will provide oversight for the end-to-end processes and assist with the project lifecycles in the PSA.  They will help with the month-end close process.  

AS A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OPERATIONS ANALYST AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL:

  • Assist with project setup in the PSA system and project closeout. Ensure the accuracy of various project-related data elements, including those that affect revenue recognition and invoicing. 
  • Oversee time and expense entry and approvals process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.  Highlight anomalies and coordinate adjustments as necessary.
  • Work closely with the PS Operations managers on project and backlog hygiene, and preparation for month end.
  • Run weekly reports to help ensure data entry accuracy
  • New hire set up in PSA system and associated tickets for additional system access
  • Coordinate deal review scheduling ensuring prerequisites are met before getting on the agenda.

OUR IDEAL PS OPERATIONS ANALYST WILL INCLUDE:

  • 1+ years of professional services operations or related experience, ideally in enterprise software company
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working with PSA system. FinancialForce experience is a plus.
  • Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form
  • Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups
