Our Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support Sales Enablement & Training through: tracking and monitoring against KPI’s, aligning definitions across functions, supporting strategic initiatives, and evaluating business impacts. Examples of deliverables include sales onboarding reporting, quarterly sales training scorecards, sales performance analysis, productivity deep dive, and more.

You will be part of a team charged with structuring and executing the quantitative analyses and management reporting needed to enable our data-driven sales organization to meet our rapid growth objectives. You will collaborate across Sales and Sales Operations to create comprehensive enablement and onboarding reporting to support both Sales and Sales Engineering organizations. You will build scalable frameworks for reporting and analytics, and become the go-to expert on all sales enablement metrics. You will be a key part of the hands-on group creating a data-driven Sales Enablement and Onboarding practice.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: 

  • Own and manage key Sales Enablement Dashboards that are leveraged daily by Sales Enablement, Onboarding, Sales Leadership and support teams. Develop deep subject matter expertise across the portfolio of dashboards, own and execute on roadmap of new feature development
  • Partner with leaders across Sales operations on reporting and analytical requests: Sales Training participation, Sales and Sales Engineering Onboarding reporting, Quarterly Enablement Scorecard reporting, sales productivity and performance analysis, etc.
  • Build strong understanding of Sales data infrastructure, including input systems and Data Eng pipelines, to facilitate debugging user issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales Ops, Sales, and Sales Engineering to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions and align on business definitions
  • Support adoption of reporting through response to sales questions/tickets, supporting enablement activities, etc.

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: 

  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or other quantitative disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience in the large cap tech companies and/or Management Consulting 
  • Advanced skill working with SQL, relational database, dashboard tools (Tableau)
  • Advanced skills/knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and/or GSuite tools
  • Prior experience in sales strategy, sales / business operations, or financial planning and analysis a plus
  • Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS business models and B2B channel structures a plus
