We are looking for a Sr Software Engineer  for our Enterprise Applications Development team that builds cutting edge solutions including  enterprise applications for different domains, integration services platform, Billing Revenue Automation platform and AI Assistant for Snowflake.

In this role, you will work on AI technologies to enhance low code AI assistant development. You will develop and execute based on both short and long-term roadmaps, making effective trade-offs between business impact and a high-quality technical foundation. You will own relationships with other engineering & DS teams and collaborate with other functions within Snowflake

What you will be doing 

• Develop innovative, scalable AI solutions for real business problems. Drive the full lifecycle of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize hands-on experience with AWS to design, develop, and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) such as Llama 2/3, MIstral, Mixtral, Snowflake Cortex.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI solutions accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly define and communicate complex concepts.

What we need to see:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of architecting and developing software applications, preferably information retrieval , enterprise search applications. Strong software development experience, including 7+ years of experience in Java, Python

• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and related toolsets in the LLM ecosystem, such as Langchain, vector databases, and open-source Hugging Face models, with at least 3-4 months of hands-on experience is desired

Working knowledge of Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline
