As our ServiceNow BSA, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to streamline and enhance our business processes. Your role will be multifaceted, encompassing everything from visionary design to hands-on implementation. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
Innovation & Vision:
- Strategic Partner: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into groundbreaking ServiceNow solutions.
- Creative Solutions: Think outside the box to design solutions that are not only functional but also innovative and future-proof.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Storyteller: Lead engaging workshops and interviews to gather requirements and tell the story of how technology can transform business processes.
- Bridge Builder: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
Design & Development:
- Architect: Design robust ServiceNow applications that align with business goals and best practices.
- Implementer: Roll up your sleeves and configure ServiceNow modules, working with developers to bring your vision to life.
Quality & Excellence:
- Quality Champion: Develop comprehensive test plans and oversee rigorous testing to ensure solutions meet the highest standards.
- Continuous Improver: Monitor performance and proactively suggest enhancements to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
Education & Empowerment:
- Mentor: Create engaging training materials and lead sessions to empower users to fully leverage ServiceNow capabilities.
- Support Guru: Provide top-notch support and guidance, ensuring users feel confident and supported.
Project Leadership:
- Project Maestro: Manage projects with precision, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Communicator Extraordinaire: Keep stakeholders informed with clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Professional: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least 7 years of BSA/Development experience, including 4 years with ServiceNow. Security Domain knowledge will be Plus.
- ServiceNow Savvy: You know ServiceNow inside and out, especially Custom Apps, App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and GRC.
- Documentation Ace: Your documentation skills are top-notch – from business requirements to functional specs and test plans.
- Agile Enthusiast: You’re well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Great Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem Solver: You have a knack for analyzing complex problems and devising innovative solutions.
- Certified Expert: ServiceNow certifications (like CSA, CAD, CIS) are a big plus.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and scripting languages like JavaScript.
- A solid understanding of ITIL processes.
- Previous experience in secure and regulated environments.
