As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll be a key player in our mission to deliver top-notch ServiceNow solutions. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, from designing and developing custom applications to mentoring junior developers and driving best practices.

Innovation & Development:

  • Architect & Innovator: Design and develop high-quality ServiceNow solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Custom Solutions: Create custom applications and enhancements tailored to meet specific business needs.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Team Leader: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Partner: Work closely with BSA to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Quality & Best Practices:

  • Code Guru: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring best practices and coding standards are upheld.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested before deployment.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Tech Enthusiast: Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, continually enhancing your skills and knowledge.
  • Process Enhancer: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Support & Maintenance:

  • Problem Solver: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
  • Documentation Expert: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions and processes.

Project Management:

  • Project Driver: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
  • Effective Communicator: Keep stakeholders/BSA/Manager informed with clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Professional: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and total of 7+ years of experience
  • ServiceNow Specialist: You have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, Integrations and Custom Applications.
  • Coding Pro: Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages and frameworks.
  • Documentation Ace: Excellent documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Agile Expert: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and leading development teams.
  • Certified Expert: ServiceNow certifications (like CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly desirable.

Bonus Points For:

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Prior experience in secure and regulated environments.
  • Experience in different Integration methodologies
