PRODUCT GROWTH ANALYST (STARLINK)
Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, delivers low-latency broadband internet worldwide. Our mission is to provide high-speed internet access globally while offering a world-class customer experience. As a Product Growth Analyst, you will join the Growth team, a critical function driving Starlink’s global expansion. This role provides an opportunity to make a direct impact by scaling Starlink’s offerings and improving the service for millions of customers worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and improve the global Starlink product catalog, ensuring optimal pricing and seamless deployment of new products
- Develop and execute strategies to launch, scale, and refine product offerings, coordinating across key teams such as Omnichannel Sales, Platform Software, Marketing, and Customer Support
- Conduct financial modeling, A/B testing, and growth experiment analyses to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives that achieve ambitious growth targets
- Lead customer research initiatives, including surveys, interviews, and analyses, to identify actionable insights and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful product improvements and inform Starlink’s product positioning through industry research
- Drive end-to-end project management for high-impact growth initiatives, balancing operational excellence with creative problem-solving
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in math, economics, statistics, business, or an engineering discipline
- Professional or internship experience in management consulting, finance, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations
- Certification or professional experience with Excel
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
- Experience successfully leading revenue or cost improvement efforts (i.e. $10M+ positive impact)
- Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
- Experience in pricing research and e-commerce catalog management
- Excellent project management, problem solving, and analysis skills
- Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
- Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
- Experience leading complex operational initiatives
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Product Growth Analyst: $75,000.00 -$95,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
