SR. FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST (D365)
We are seeking an experienced financial systems analyst with a technical mindset and functional domain expertise in finance and operations. This role requires a thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and functionality to configure and customize D365 ERP for the new and evolving business processes. You will have the opportunity to work on projects and systems from the ground up as we continue to scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide functional domain expertise in Finance and Operations within Microsoft D365
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes
- Evaluate standard functionality in D365 to leverage the system for process improvements
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP to achieve the recommended business requirements
- Provide support for the day-to-day operations of the Dynamics 365 and third-party applications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, physics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or other technical discipline
- 4+ years of combined work experience as a developer, business systems analyst or product manager, with at least 2 of those years in a finance or supply chain domain
- Experience with Dynamics AX
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience with SQL
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- ERP and related systems development or implementation of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash Cycle or Financial Systems
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority or structure
- Experience working in fast paced development environments
- Proven track record of leading functional groups, defining, documenting, and deploying process change and associated systems capabilities
- Experience working with a development team creating and maintaining software solutions
- Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving and technical skills with the ability to create original and creative solutions
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- This position is based in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area), and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Sr. Financial Systems Analyst: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
