How you will achieve success:

  • Own P&L management, achieving GMV and profitability goals while ensuring accurate monthly reporting in partnership with Accounting and Finance.
  • Serve as the primary POC and SME for Channels, handling KPI analysis, Weekly Business Review presentations, and maintaining cross-functional documentation.
  • Identify and execute strategic programs to drive market share growth, collaborating internally and externally to ensure accountability and track KPIs.
  • Enhance Channel operations by resolving challenges, creating scalable SOPs, and maintaining top Channel Performance scores while reducing costs.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, including assortment expansion, partnership opportunities, and long-term Joint Business Plans with Channel and leadership teams.
  • What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 3+ years of marketplace or account management experience in an e-commerce organization.
  • Proven track record of driving high-impact business opportunities and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with the ability to travel within the US and China.
