We are looking for a talented Executive Partner who can help support our Supply Chain Division at Spreetail. We are looking for someone who can help with operational support, meeting support and administrative support for the division and VP.

How you will achieve success:

  • Assist with the coordination of key projects by tracking deliverables, timelines, and ensuring communication flows efficiently between departments.  
  • Draft, edit, and distribute project management tools, presentations and drive communications on behalf of executive to ensure high-quality and timely completion from all key stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring logistics are in place and all necessary stakeholders are informed.  
  • Proactively and strategically manage calendar priorities for the executive – scheduling and prioritizing meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all relevant materials are prepared.  
  • Track progress on action items from meetings, keeping executive informed and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • What experiences will help you in this role:

  • Proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented individual that can effectively prioritize tasks and projects. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. . 
  • Hands-on and jump on all tasks with a "no job too big or too small" attitude. 
  • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail. and follow-through. 
  • Able to juggle rapidly shifting priorities. 
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
