We are looking for a talented Payables Associate. How you will achieve success:

  • Communicate directly with our vendors via email. 
  • Analyze monthly financial statement accounts against prior month and prior year actuals. 
  • Understand and execute end-to-end payables life cycle. 
  • Reconcile payables with an open balance at month end and assist in weekly payment processes. 
  • Execute tasks in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, department, and team metrics. 
  • What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in accounting/business/finance field required.
  • Expertise in customer service. 
  • SQL or advanced Microsoft Excel skillset a plus. 
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Able to work both independently and in a cross functional team and with various levels within the organization.
