What we’re looking for
SurveyMonkey is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Programmatic Specialist to join our paid marketing team. You should have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and experience in optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving results, knowledgeable in the latest industry trends, and capable of collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional performance.
What you’ll be working on
- Building, managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across various DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) to achieve KPIs, including CPA and ROI.
- Traffic display and video creatives in CM360.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of performance data to make informed recommendations for ongoing optimizations.
- Troubleshooting campaign setup and performance issues across multiple channels including Display, YouTube, Connected TV, audio and DOOH.
- Reporting campaign performance to internal stakeholders, offering actionable insights and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring industry trends, identifying new opportunities, and testing emerging technologies to improve performance and efficiencies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective ad strategies and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Managing relationships with media vendors and tech partners to ensure the best execution of campaigns.
We’d love to hear from people with
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising/media buying either in house or agency, with a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, RTB, etc.).
- Proficiency with major DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or others.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with ad trafficking, audience segmentation, and brand safety best practices.
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for experimentation and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
