We are seeking a dynamic Finance & Admin Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE to take care of KSA & South Africa Market. This role will be an opportunity to contribute to the financial and administrative operations of our company, providing valuable support to the finance department while assuming essential administrative responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Management:

  • Monthly, Quarterly and Year End closing activities inc. reporting & analysis.
  • Posting & Calculating monthly journal entries inc monthly accruals.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
  • Handling payments across different banks.
  • Oversight of intercompany transactions.
  • Supporting UAE market, when/ if required.

Invoicing & Collection Tasks:

  • Preparing correct invoices in a timely manner.
  • Sending SOA & payment follow ups.
  • Handling payments across different banks.
  • Monitoring bank payments and collections for 2 regions.
  • Maintenance of bad debts.
  • Supporting UAE market, when/ if required.

HR & Admin related tasks:

  • Processing administrative documents (visas, trade license documents, etc.) for KSA & South Africa.
  • Taking care of onboarding and offboarding of every employee in each market and providing support during employment when required.
  • Ensuring that the office is running smoothly (health insurance/ staff policy application/ celebrations/fixed assets management/rentals arrangements, etc).  
  • Supporting UAE market, when/ if required.

 

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Arabic mandatory.
  • Previous experience covering KSA and/or South Africa is desirable.
  • Previous experience in Zoho & Xero is desirable. 
  • Previous experience in advertising media is desirable.
