Teads is looking for a driven and experienced Head of Publishing for Ispe Latam based in Mexico to manage the strategic growth of our premium publisher partners. You will be responsible for the development of Teads’ technology partnerships with digital publishers across web and CTV. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience with digital publishers, CTV content partners, OEM's as well as a keen understanding of online advertising and related technologies.  S/he will have proven experience selling online ad solutions to publishers.                                                                                                                         

==== Responsibilities =====

  • Independently lead the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of publisher clients, providing best in class Account Management
  • Work closely with the Publisher team to negotiate deals and develop relationships with publishers
  • Develop pipeline of new publisher leads within strategic and target content verticals. 
  • Perform due diligence and quantitative/strategic analysis of potential partnership opportunities
  • Identify and engage international partner opportunities, working closely with global offices
  • Research digital industry / market trends, companies and digital media product developments
  • Track and evaluate metrics across publisher sites, as well as analyze metrics to determine overall trends and strategy
  • Work with account management team to ensure publisher needs across technology, advertising, and finance are being serviced
  • As a senior member of the publishing team, you will provide your ideas and solutions to create efficiencies within the team and to develop publisher accounts
  • Provide the team and wider business with insights on the wider market and our competitors.

==== Qualifications =====

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of business development/sales experience with at least 2-3 years of experience, preferably with an ad tech or media company. 
  • Proven ability and track record in developing and closing deals
  • Demonstrable portfolio of existing contacts/relationships with online publishers and CTV content partners. 
  • Understanding of online video industry and business models. 
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation and presentation skills
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • Speaks English and Spanish fluently
