Product Manager, Digital Commerce

Reformation is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Product team. This position sits within the Ecommerce & Growth team. The Digital Product team delivers exceptional customer experiences across the websites and in-store digital commerce experiences. The role is highly cross-functional, and will partner closely with stakeholders across Ref to bring the brand to life in Reformation's digital landscape. Partners include Tech, Lifecycle Marketing, International Expansion, Customer Strategy, Ecom Strategy & Operations, Operations, and Merchandising. This role is responsible for the end to end process of launching and iterating on site enhancements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify enhancements opportunities through analytics, consumer insights, competitive benchmarking, organization-wide strategic initiatives, and cross-functional business teams
  • Prioritize enhancements based on business value using a variety of tools such as web analytics, customer data, A/B testing, and consumer insights
  • Identify and write business requirements from key stakeholders and collaborate with tech to solution enhancements
  • Define MVP for any given feature to strategically minimize investment and gather insights to inform the upcoming roadmap 
  • Define scope of a given sprint, prioritize resulting defects and manage UAT process with other business stakeholders
  • Support performance marketing partners with enhancements that help meet their goals, e.g. on-site email capture, technical SEO enhancements, product feed enhancements, tag/pixel implementation, etc
  • Train internal business users on applicable enhancements and manage the associated change process
  • Communicate with business stakeholders on progress of their respective enhancements
  • Measure the impact of given enhancements and use this data inform priorities of the backlog and roadmap. 
  • Define, setup, and manage A/B tests in collaboration with web analytics SME
  • Contribute to process improvements in partnership with tech and cross-functional partners

What You’ll Need:

  • Available to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office/week at our Culver City HQ
  • 6+ years work experience in Digital Product with a strong understanding of ecommerce/omnichannel best practices
  • Familiar with tag management solutions (e.g. Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch), marketing feeds (e.g. PLA/DPA feeds) and related feed aggregator solutions (e.g. Go Data Feed, Fusepump, Feedonomics, )
  • Familiar with agile methodologies
  • Superb project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, or Fullstory,
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus
