Facilities Manager:

Will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and improvement of all Reformation facilities, including retail stores, corporate offices, and production facilities. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our physical spaces are efficient, safe, and aligned with our sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Facilities Management: Oversee and continually enhance the facilities maintenance program, including preventive services, custodial work, and machinery upkeep. Implement cutting-edge solutions to ensure that security systems and other critical infrastructure are robust and future-proof.

Optimize Facilities Management Systems: Strategically manage the third-party facilities management system (Service Channel), ensuring that all retail store work requests are resolved efficiently, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Project Leadership: Take ownership of major facilities projects, from vendor selection and coordination to the successful completion of corporate build-outs and facilities improvements. Ensure that all projects align with Reformation's strategic priorities and are delivered on time and within budget.

Operational Efficiency and Sustainability: Assess and refine operational procedures to maximize space and equipment utilization, minimize waste, and enhance overall efficiency. Partner with the procurement team to evaluate and manage business services, ensuring that sustainability, quality, and cost are balanced.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and empower the Facilities Coordinators and Front Desk team to excel in their roles. Foster a culture of safety, health, and productivity while aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives.

Policy and Safety Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive safety, security, and business continuity plans. Ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are up-to-date, well-communicated, and strategically aligned with the organization's goals.

Financial Oversight and Reporting: Prepare detailed departmental reports and budget reconciliations, actively seeking opportunities for cost optimization. Collaborate with the Director of Retail Operations and Finance team to drive financial efficiency in both corporate and retail operations.

Support Strategic Growth: Provide critical support for new store openings, facilitating smooth transitions from Retail Development to Retail Operations. Ensure that each new location is fully integrated into the operational ecosystem and aligned with Reformation's strategic vision.

Event and Communications Strategy: Provide strategic support for office events, ensuring they align with Reformation's culture and business objectives. Lead internal communications regarding operational changes and events, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Drive Operational Excellence: Lead the daily operations of Reformation's facilities, ensuring that workspaces are optimized for efficiency, sustainability, and team productivity. Develop strategies to maintain an organized, clean, and fully equipped environment that supports business growth and agility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including new store openings, relocations, and
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strongly
  • Experience with Service Channel or a similar platform is
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on cost-effective solutions and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and
  • Must be available to be on-call during weekends and outside regular business hours as needed to address urgent facilities issues
