Senior Account Executive: 

Reformation is looking for a Senior Account Executive. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for applying effective strategies to promote and analyze the performance of Reformation RTW, identify opportunities, develop market potential and collaborate with marketing, sales, production, and merchandising departments to support the growth & success of the Brand.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Management

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and maximize the wholesale business and achieve sales revenue targets for Reformation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with department store buying teams and store management to develop and execute Brand strategies.
  • Execute Brand initiatives i.e., marketing, brand positioning and in-store presentation.
  • Analyze and recap business weekly to maximize both door and product opportunities to senior management.
  • Prepare for appointments with detailed market prep: style selling history, specific door performance, seasonal selling trends, and all strategies needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to hindsight successes and missed opportunities.
  • Provide in-season feedback on the competitive landscape and product opportunities.
  • Lead in store product training for store associates.

Financial Planning

  • Partner with Sr. Director of Sales to develop annual and seasonal account strategies.
  • Manage internal open to buy/profitability in conjunction with account profitability.
  • Review profitability throughout the season to minimize liability.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales in the contemporary market.
  • Must have worked with department stores in a sales role.

  • You are a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
  • You have excellent time management and you know how to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
  • You have great communication skills, both verbal and written
