Job Description
The Director, Revenue Operations is a critical member of Anomali's Global Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership team. Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, this strategic role focuses on coordinating revenue-driven activities. The position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including strategic planning, team leadership, and analytics to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
o Serve as the main operational liaison with the VP, Revenue Operations, aiding in the execution and measurement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM teams.
o Establish and maintain operational cadence around sales forecasting and reporting, in collaboration with Finance and other departments.
o Oversee key projects that support the GTM organization, defining strategy, requirements, and timelines.
2. Team Leadership
o Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team.
3. Revenue Forecasting and Analysis
o Enhance forecast accuracy and sales productivity.
o Implement actionable metrics and indicators through pipeline reviews.
4. Pipeline Management and Analysis
o Define and refine the stages of sales pipeline.
o Analyze and create actionable insights to accelerate new pipeline and opportunity progression.
5. Cross-Functional Alignment
o Synchronize objectives and strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
6. Data Analytics and Executive Reporting
o Derive actionable insights from data and KPI tracking.
o Regularly update the C-suite on revenue metrics and initiatives.
7. Sales Enablement and Training
o Lead GTM readiness initiatives targeting key skills and knowledge.
o Certify sales teams in company messaging and presentations.
8. Financial and Compensation Management
o Administer sales commissions and incentive plans.
o Perform data-driven analysis for territory and quota alignment.
9. Deal Desk and Compliance
o Simplify the quote-to-order process and monitor compliance.
o Oversee approvals for non-standard transactions.
10. Customer Lifecycle Management
o Partner with Customer Success to optimize customer retention and lifetime value.
11. Stakeholder Collaboration
o Engage with cross-functional leaders to advance company-wide initiatives.
Required Skills/Experience
o 5+ years of overall business leadership experience in sales, order, and revenue operations.
o Revenue operations experience with subscription based SaaS technology products supporting a global enterprise class customer base
o Prior experience building and scaling a revenue ops function.
o Working knowledge of the most current technologies and products used in the industry.
o Experience managing a team through leadership, teamwork, client focus, flexibility.
o Drive to work in an exceptionally fast-growing start-up.
o Passion for sales and pipeline creation.
o Competitive team player and leader.
o Strong knowledge of lead qualification methodologies (e.g. BANT, MEDDIC)
o Competent communicator - written and verbal.
o Strong background using CRM and sales engagement applications.

Compensation Transparency
$155,000 - $175,000 USD
Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for benefits, bonus and equity.
