About the Team
Growth and passion lie at the heart of the Marketplace Team! The team is responsible for leading initiatives to identify opportunities to expand the product selection for our customers. The team helps business teams to identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for designing & increasing content quality of sellers
  • Working on exploratory data analysis to suggest/create algorithm rulesets for seller product entrance & already existing options
  • Create content richment strategies and execute them for mass seller segment,
  • Working with various departments to increase efficiency in option management processes,
  • Improve productivity by seeking out ways to automate and simplify manual processes.
  • Having growth mindset with understanding of key ecommerce metrics.
  • Regular measurement of Targets and KPI's and making necessary arrangements by detecting improvement areas
  • Clean up all problematic areas in Catalog Data as well as Product Pages to improve Content Quality and CR and avoid user trust problems
  • Establish and create a straightforward, SEO-friendly catalog structure. Ensure proper categorization of new products, mapping them into the appropriate categories.
  • QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree ideally in an analytical discipline, e.g. engineering or business,
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience with excellent knowhow in project and process development or product ownership
  • Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making
  • Experience in multi-functional project/product management, business development or customer/partner experience as well as E-commerce is a plus,
  • Able to translate findings/insights into strategic recommendations and eager to learn and benchmark global/local examples
  • Excellent communication and impact /effort prioritization capability leading the strong decision making capability
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail and data-oriented commercial mindset and eager to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
