ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Professional to oversee and manage all import/export activities for our B2C and B2B shipments. As the key point of contact for customs-related issues, you will collaborate closely with third-party logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth customs clearance operations. Your role will involve providing expert guidance on customs laws and regulations, establishing compliant processes, and resolving any customs-related challenges. This is a unique opportunity to build and optimize our customs processes in a rapidly growing company with a presence across multiple regions.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all import/export processes for B2C and B2B shipments.
  • Act as the primary contact for customs-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to streamline customs processes and enhance productivity.
  • Provide guidance on customs laws and regulations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customs operators and establish new connections as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficient customs management.
  • Resolve any customs-related issues that arise during transportation.
  • What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in customs management with in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with 3PLs and internal teams.
  • Strong relationships with customs operators and the capability to establish new ones.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in both the local language and English, with strong communication skills to clearly convey complex information.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and be available 24/7 to address customs-related issues.

    We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

    We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

    The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
