ABOUT THE TEAM
Dolap, leader of growing second-hand ecommerce market in Turkey, was established in 2016 by three partners. Dolap, which joined Trendyol in 2018, is the fashion market leader for the last 3 years! It continues its activities with 70 million+ products in 5 different categories and for 4m active shoppers and 2m active sellers.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct projects end-to-end from early-stage research through development, in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Continuously reduce pain areas for the buyer and sellers, by working closely with other functions including product, data science, and customer experience teams to ensure delivery of the brand promise
  • Lead the projects, to provide requirements and prioritization for seller/buyer needs to improve the quality of experience and journey
  • Regular tracking of KPIs and planning necessary developments by detecting improvement areas,
  • Manage in-platform ad sales business
  • Collaborate closely with the data science team for optimized traffic management
  • Collaborate closely with strategy team to manage high-level business model changes
  • Lead campaigns, events, and other tools to boost transactions in the platform
  • Follow e-commerce & marketplace environment best practices, develop projects that will improve seller and buyer engagement, and follow up on the actions to be taken by other teams,
  • Translating business requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria for acceptance
  • Create and update guidelines/procedures for the Seller and buyer life cycle
  • Finding new, innovative project ideas and pre-analysis
  • Designing the best seller and buyer customer experience in marketplace processes
  • Quantitatively analyzing results to drive product direction & strategy
  • Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team
  • QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management
  • Minimum 8+ years of working experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital experience, growth, marketing, or process development. Also, product management experience is a plus
  • Experienced in customer acquisition and retention with a revenue management mindset
  • Experienced in "agile" working environment and project and familiar with project iteration culture
  • Strong combination of strategic and operational mindset enabling to foresee both day-to-day operations and also long-term vision
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders as needed
  • Having business judgment and good instincts while working closely with product and technology teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve seller&buyer problems
  • Results-oriented, well-organized, autonomous, and efficient,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

    We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex issues, socializing, learning from each other, and experiencing our culture.

    Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

    We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
