ARADIKLARIMIZ

  • Meslek Yüksek Okulu veya Üniversitelerin Bilgisayar programcılığı veya Bilgisayar ve Eğitim Teknolojileri bölümlerinden mezun
  • ITSM Yönetim aracı işlem ve uygulamasına aşina
  • Son kullanıcıya destek vermiş, IT birimlerinde min.3 yıl kullanıcı desteği sağlamış
  • Windows/MAC işletim sistemine iyi derecede hakim
  • Problem çözme becerisine sahip, analitik düşünebilen
  • Masa üstü bilgisayar, diz üstü bilgisayar, yazıcı vb. cihazlar ile ilgili, teknik sorunlar ve talepler kapsamında yerinde ya da gerektiğinde uzaktan müdahale ederek çözüm üretmek
  • Tercihen RF, Barkod okuyucu, barkod yazıcı gibi çevre birimlerinin kurulumu ve desteği konusunda bilgi/tecrübe sahibi
  • 7/24 vardiya düzeninde çalışabilecek
  • Tercihen cihaz yönetiminde MDM kullanımında tecrübeli
  • Tercihen MCSA sertifikasına sahip
  • Microsoft Server ürünlerinde (Active Directory DNS, DHCP, Failover Cluster, Group Policy) sistemlerinde tecrübeli
  • Sanallaştırma Teknolojileri konusunda deneyimli
  • Temel Network ve Güvenlik bilgisi olan
  • İyi seviyede İngilizce'si olan
  • Kendi kendine start verebilen, enerjik, sonuç odaklı ve çoklu görev yapabilen
  • Güçlü dokümantasyon deneyimi ve becerileri
  • Güçlü planlama, organizasyon ve problem çözme becerileri gelişmiş.
  • SORUMLULUKLARIN

  • Son kullanıcı ve bağlı sistemlerinin temin edilmesi, yapılandırılması, yedeklenmesi, kesintisiz hizmet verecek şekilde geliştirilmesi,
  • İşletim sistemlerin ve uygulamalarının kurulması ve yönetilmesi,
  • Temel Sistem, Network ve Sanallaştırma desteğinin verilmesi,
  • Bilgisayar bakım, onarım ve arızaları konusunda son kullanıcılara destek sağlanması,
  • Yazıcı, fax, fotokopi ve telefon sistemlerinin desteği,
  • Son kullanıcılara yerinde veya telefonla sistem destek hizmetlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi,
  • Trendyol operasyonunda RF, Barkod okuyucu, Barkod yazıcı desteği verilmesi,
  • Son kullanıcı desteği verilmesi,
  • ITSM sistemi üzerinde SLA'e uygun olarak ticketlerin çözülmesi,
  • Mail, Slack, Zoom, Office gibi son kullanıcı uygulamalarına destek verilmesi

    We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

    We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

    The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
