Trendyol Express is a new generation, customer-oriented delivery platform. We take advantage of the latest technology with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and develop Trendyol Express operation in the area
  • Establish and execute an areal plan to achieve targets
  • Follow and report KPIs of the area
  • Manage and develop team, acquire & retain talent
  • Organize delivery hub visits regularly and work with team on action plans of agendas
  • Manage operational processes between delivery hubs productively and effectively
  • Search for best fit locations for new delivery hubs
  • Search for new channels to find drivers who are responsible for distribution
  • Ensure that drivers work in conformity with conditions of contracts
  • Manage the operation in accordance with legal regulations
  • QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the Distribution or Logistics environment (min. 4 years team management experience )
  • Experience in budget, cost and stock management
  • Have leadership skills & be a good team player
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and reporting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • No restrictions to travel

    We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

    We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

    The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
