ABOUT THE TEAM
Customer-oriented, new generation delivery platform Trendyol Express functions to make a difference by combining the latest technology with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gaining new sellers within the region
  • To ensure sustainability by making planned and regular visits to existing vendors
  • Reporting visits made
  • Generating ideas to improve shipment quality for sellers and action planning with relevant teams
  • Developments in line with the services offered and transferring their feedback to the vendors in the portfolio
  • Comply with best practices and the highest standards and ensure that these standards are continually achieved, reviewed and improved
  • Ability to meet vendor expectations by coordinating with teams such as planning and fleet
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the department operate within defined corporate and legal requirements
  • Controlling all parameter issues within the operational process
  • Ensuring the operation of the operation according to planned targets and increasing efficiency
  • Maintaining team motivation and supporting the team's competencies will follow sectoral trends, sector practices and activities
  • QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Graduates of universities, preferably in business administration, economics, engineering and logistics departments
  • At least 3 years of experience in the sales and/or logistics industry
  • Experienced in sales and operations management and prone to team work
  • Able to use Ms office programs well
  • High persuasion skills, strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication, solution oriented
  • Experienced in customer/business partner experience, information technology, project management
  • Able to think analytically, provide solutions and have strong reporting skills
  • It will serve new and existing sellers in the field with a customer-oriented service approach
  • Goal and result oriented, able to demonstrate his/her contribution with data
  • Have oral and written communication skills in English
  • Having a driver's B license and being able to actively

    We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

    We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

    The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
