We’re seeking a Head of Enterprise - Italy to join our management team and drive the growth of both New Business Sales and Customer Success/Account Management for the Enterprise segment for the Italian market. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Trustpilot’s presence in an important market. You’ll be instrumental in building and mentoring a high-performing team, defining and executing growth strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead a team of skilled professionals across New Business Sales and Customer Success/Account Management to deliver strong growth and customer retention in the Enterprise segment.
  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the Enterprise market, ensuring alignment with Trustpilot’s global vision and the specific needs of the Italian region.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop skilled professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Enterprise customers, understanding their complex needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • ​​Drive Enterprise account growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Marketing to create a cohesive approach to market growth and customer success.
  • Ensure operational excellence by refining processes, measuring performance, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for achieving revenue targets, customer retention goals, and market penetration objectives.
  • Represent Trustpilot as a key player in the Enterprise SaaS space, developing relationships with high-profile clients and industry stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • 5-10 years of experience leading teams in Enterprise SaaS Sales and Customer Success, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and retention.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and customer success targets, demonstrating consistent success in high-performance environments.
  • Expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise negotiations, engaging with C-level decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define and execute impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience managing distributed teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across different cultures and locations.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise customer needs and the ability to position solutions that drive measurable business value.
  • Proven ability to drive upsell, expansion, and retention in Enterprise accounts through consultative relationship management.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over business outcomes.
  • High level of technical and product acumen, with the ability to translate product capabilities into customer value.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • You're open to travel within Italy but also to visit our HQ in Copenhagen 
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
