At Trustpilot, we’re seeking a Sales Executive to drive the growth of our client relationships in the Italian market. The ideal candidate is a committed and curious professional with the ability to identify growth opportunities, deeply understand client needs, and propose impactful solutions that align with their goals. You’ll join one of our high-performing sales teams, contributing to the expansion of Trustpilot’s presence across Italy. This is a key role where you’ll be instrumental in increasing sales and revenue while supporting Trustpilot’s mission to become a universal symbol of trust.
Your responsibilities will span the full sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals—while collaborating across teams to ensure a positive client experience. What you'll be doing:
- Drive client success: Build and maintain positive relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- End-to-end sales ownership: Oversee the full sales cycle, from generating leads and presenting solutions to pricing, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Promote Trustpilot’s value: Clearly articulate the benefits of Trustpilot’s software solutions to ensure growth opportunities for prospects and clients.
- Proactive prospecting: Conduct outreach activities including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking to engage with new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining a reliable pipeline of opportunities.
- Data-driven strategy: Assess market and prospect data to uncover trends and inform sales approaches.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and an positive client experience.
Who you are:
- Fluent in Italian, with professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within SaaS or a related industry.
- Expertise in handling the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- A proven history of leading the sales process, including negotiation and closing deals effectively.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to client needs.
- Knowledge of E-Commerce, Customer Experience, or Online Reputation Management is a significant advantage.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a drive to deliver value to clients and achieve business growth.
