We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager as part of our DACH management team to lead and expand our New Business efforts for the Core Customer Segment in the DACH region from our brand-new office in Hamburg. This is an opportunity to establish and shape our local presence by building and mentoring a team of skilled sales professionals. You’ll have an important part in advancing growth by implementing market-specific sales strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results in one of our most important regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Attract, onboard, and develop skilled people to establish a motivated New Business team in the DACH region.
  • Support your team members’ growth through coaching, career conversations, and consistent feedback, encouraging a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the DACH region, aligning with the broader company vision.
  • Be a key contributor to creating a vibrant, inclusive culture in our new Hamburg location while preparing for future growth
  • Work with colleagues from Presales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Marketing to create a united strategy for growth.
  • Build effective relationships with internal teams and manage escalations with understanding and efficiency.
  • Identify customer issues and work together to deliver tailored solutions that improve the customer journey and retention.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German. Along with English working proficiency
  • A people-oriented supervisor with 5-10 years of experience in guiding, coaching, and supporting sales teams, within the New Business segment and the DACH market
  • Experiences in SaaS and growing companies 
  • Motivated by the opportunity to establish and grow a team in a new location, with a focus on creating an inclusive, collaborative, and productive environment.
  • Strategic yet approachable, equipped with an ability to define actionable plans and inspire others to reach shared goals.
  • A collaborator who builds partnerships across diverse teams and engages stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to listen, identify needs, and design creative solutions that connect.
  • Focused on establishing a workplace where everyone can communicate their ideas, grow, and do well.
